The second annual meeting of the National Primary School Mathematics Teaching Research Association was held in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province in November last year. The annual meeting discussed and exchanged relevant papers on three topics. These three topics are: 1. What are the educational thoughts, teaching contents and teaching methods that are incompatible with the socialist modernization in the current primary school mathematics teaching? Where are the performances? How to reform? 2. The teaching and development thinking of primary mathematics problem. 3. How to deal with the unity of elementary mathematics teaching
