精索静脉曲张是男青年中的多发病,约占11.5%,除引起局部坠痛等不适外,主要危害是造成不育。我科1980年5月～1989年5月收治精索静脉曲张112例,均采用腹股沟精索内静脉高位结扎治疗,其中16例同时存在腹股沟早期斜疝,占14.3%。对这部分病人处理得当与否,是精索静脉曲张治疗效果好坏的一个重要原因。为引起临床重视,
