近年来随着医学遗传学的发展,人们对遗传病的认识日益深入。遗传疾病的产前诊断是预防遗传疾病,降低群体中遗传疾病发病率的一种手段。羊水细胞培养、染色体分析乃是早期诊断先天性疾病的一种有效方法。我们从1979年12月至1980年4月,用羊水上清液加脐带血清培养羊水细胞30例(其中有中期和晚期妊娠引产者26例,产前诊断者4例),除两例因污染失败外,其余均培养成功,现报告于下:
