目的:探讨内消片对大鼠前列腺增生模型的影响。方法:大鼠去睾丸1周后,皮下注射丙酸睾酮(5mg/kg)建立大鼠前列腺增生模型,同时连续灌胃内消片大、中、小剂量组(3.0g/kg,1.5g/kg,0.75g/kg)4周,末次给药1 h后处死动物,取前列腺称重量,计算前列腺指数(PI)并在光镜下进行病理学观察。结果:给药4周后非那雄胺组、内消片高剂量组与模型组PI比较,P<0.01;非那雄胺组与内消片高剂量组PI比较,P>0.05。结论:内消片对大鼠前列腺增生的进展有抑制作用,其作用与非那雄胺相当。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Niaoxiao on rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia. METHODS: Rats were given testosterone propionate (5mg / kg) subcutaneously for one week. Rats model of benign prostatic hyperplasia was established. At the same time, gavage was given to large, medium and small doses of gavage (3.0g / kg, 1.5g / kg, 0.75g / kg) for 4 weeks. The animals were sacrificed 1 h after the last administration. Prostate weights were taken and the Prostate Index (PI) was calculated and pathologically observed under light microscope. Results: After 4 weeks of administration, the finasteride group and the high-dose endocytosis group had a significant difference compared with the model group PI (P <0.01), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) between the finasteride group and the high-dose endocytosis group. Conclusion: Nienxipian can inhibit the progress of benign prostatic hyperplasia in rats, and its effect is similar to that of finasteride.
