制备BET比表面积为1019.08m~2/g、微孔面积为844.44m~2/g的超高交联树脂(简记为H-06),研究H-06超高交联树脂的超声辅助磺化。以负载的磺酸基团为评价指标,H-06超高交联树脂超声辅助磺化的最优条件为:二甲亚砜为溶胀剂、反应温度为80℃、超声功率为180W、硫酸浓度为92.5%、树脂与硫酸用量比为1:5、超声时间为1.5h。最优条件下超声辅助磺化树脂(简记为GQ-07)磺酸基团负载量为1.75mmol/g、BET比表面积为553.69m~2/g、微孔面积为483.48m~2/g。非超声辅助磺化树脂(简记为H-07)磺酸基团负载量为0.75mmol/g、BET比表面积为589.91m~2/g、微孔面积为514.34m~2/g。4种超高交联树脂对2-氨基酚的吸附量顺序为GQ-07>H-07>H-06>H103。

The adsorption of 2-aminophenols by the four kinds of ultra-high crosslinked resins was in the order of GQ-07> H-07> H-06> H103.
