今年夏天最大的话题是洪水。由于党中央的正确领导,加上广大军民殊死奋战,苍龙被缚,首战告捷。眼下灾区群众正在积极开展恢复生产、重建家园的工作。据了解,一些有远见的企业日前已派出人员深入灾区考察市场、收集情报,以期在“一张白纸”上画出“最美的图画”来。由此,我们不妨大胆地预测:“灾后重建”将形成一种推动国内经济增长的新的力量,并且受国家增加投资政策的拉动和工业产品出口缓慢增长的影响,四季度经济增幅将超过8％。
