Unconsciously, it reached the end of the year. At the end of the year, as usual, it is time to sum up - in fact, if the company is big or small, if you ask for advice on these days, you will have meetings in all likelihood. All of them are opening up and looking forward to the meeting. Because we can’t exempt ourselves every year, so we might as well be customary. I remember that a very good media in the country had done a special report on the name “1997 Large-scale Inventory”. Inspired by it, PCWEEK also hoped to contribute a group of what we called “the massive inventory of IT in 1998” in the last issue of 1998. The report, as the focus of our current issue, hopes to provide readers with a new perspective on the ’98 IT industry’s transition.
