为了探讨消化性溃疡病的复发,我们对60例消化性溃疡病患者进行了泰胃美维持治疗及门诊追踪随访,现将临床疗效报告如下。 1 资料和方法 本组85例,去除25例未能坚持服药和不能有接受胃镜复查者,余下共计60例,男性56例,女性4例;其中胃溃疡(GU)25例,球溃疡(DU)35例;年龄24～64岁。维持治疗和随访前均经H_2受体拮抗剂或洛赛克治疗后,纤维内镜证实溃疡已愈合。按门诊就诊顺序,随机分成三组:甲组18例,不进行维持治疗,也不使用任何其他有关溃疡病的药物,其中男性17例,女性1例;其中GU 8例,DU 10例,平均年龄34.21岁;乙组20例,用泰胃美400mg晚上顿服进行维持治疗,疗程为1年,其中男性18例,女性2例,GU 10例,DU 10例;平均年龄38.24岁;丙组22例,用SSC方案,即有症状时自服
