目的:建立不同品种蒲公英药材高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)特征图谱分析方法。方法:采用HPCE,以20mmol.L-1硼砂为缓冲溶液(pH9.18),分离电压为15kV,检测波长为244nm,分析时间为30min,柱温为25℃。结果:建立了不同品种蒲公英药材HPCE特征图谱,标定13个共有峰,不同品种蒲公英药材差异性较小。结论:方法操作简便、准确可靠,重复性好,可作为蒲公英药材鉴别和质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) profiling method for different varieties of dandelion herbs. Methods: HPCE was used to buffer 20 mmol. L-1 borax (pH9.18). The separation voltage was 15 kV, the detection wavelength was 244 nm, the analysis time was 30 min and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The characteristic map of HPCE of different varieties of dandelion was established and the 13 common peaks were calibrated. The differences among different varieties of dandelion were less. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, reproducible, and can be used as a method of identification and quality control of dandelion medicinal materials.
