本文对比研究带控释法和注液法子宫注入喹喃克林封堵鼠输卵管的效果。模拟人体给药方式将药置(注)入鼠子宫内。采用通液试验和显微镜观察大鼠子宫输卵管封堵的情况。结果显示:带控释法及注液法均可造成大鼠子宫输卵管的封堵。在同等药量下,带控释法成功率高于注液法。提示定向、延时释放喹喃克林的带控释药管能明显减少给药量,提高封堵率。
This article compared the controlled release method and injection of uterine injection of quinacrine blocking effect of the fallopian tube. Simulated human drug delivery method (Note) into the mouse uterus. Through the fluid test and microscope observation of the uterine tubal occlusion. The results showed that: with controlled release method and infusion method can cause the rat uterus fallopian tube occlusion. In the same dose, the controlled release method with success rate higher than the infusion method. Prompted directional and delayed release of the controlled release tube of quinoclitin can significantly reduce the dose and improve the occlusion rate.
