采用不同术式对１１４例肾鹿角形结石施行开放性手术治疗，手术平均历时２ｈ１０ｍｉｎ，术后Ｂ超复查结石残留率为５２６％，术后随访１年，结石复发２例。认为开放性手术具有取石较干净、术中能矫正异常结构、解除梗阻、降低结石复发率及费用低等优点，仍是肾鹿角形结石理想的治疗方法
114 cases of renal deer antler calcaneus were treated with open surgery under different surgical procedures. The average duration of operation was 2h10min. The residual rate of B-ultrasonography after operation was 526%. The patients were followed up for 1 year and the stones recurred in 2 cases. It is considered that open surgery has the advantages of getting clean stone, correcting abnormal structure in operation, relieving obstruction, reducing the recurrence rate of stone and low cost, which is still the ideal treatment for kidney deer horn stones
