2011年7月,《货运车辆》杂志就国内轻卡服务的用户满意度问题进行了问卷调查和分析,随机调查全国范围内的轻卡用户共计100位,以下为此次调查的结果及简要分析。1,买年时是否有销售人员根据用户情况推荐年型调查显示,近九成的受访者接受过企业或经销商对车型的介绍或推荐,一方面说明用户对自己运营的特点还不够了解,需要售前指导,另一方面说明轻卡生产企业越来越重视用户对货运车辆的合理配备和使用。约一成的用户没有享受到推荐车型的服务,说明部分经销商的售前服务没有做好,还需要完善。(见图1)
