案例:几年以前,开学不久转来了一位女生张某,小个子,长头发,那天她虽然已经做过了刻意的打扮,但仍可以看出女孩已经好长时间没有讲卫生了。我小心的询问她有关家中的事,但小女孩神色慌张而羞怯,不敢与人讲话,眼睛躲闪,像做了亏心事。一说话脸就发烧,低头盯住脚尖,心怦怦跳,身上起鸡皮疙瘩,好像全身都在发抖。随后几天我发现她不愿与班上同学接触,对老师也害怕,上课时,只有老师背对学生板书时才不紧张。只要老师面对学生,就不敢朝黑板方向看。常常因为紧张.对老师所讲的内容不知所云。为什么呢?我与她妈妈经过几次交流
