稻田是泽蛙(Rana limnocharis)繁殖、生存和捕食活动的主要场所,稻田内不合理的施药,往往对青蛙造成严重的伤害,作者经过毒力测定和安全性评价,提出杀虫剂毒性比杀菌剂和除草剂要大,乳油毒性较可湿性粉剂、粒剂大,提出以蝌蚪对药剂最敏感,幼蛙次之,成蛙抗药力较强。农药对泽蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性,实验室评价标准为:当48小时LC50值大于10ppm时为低毒类;1—10ppm时为中毒类;小于1ppm时为高毒类。田间预评价标准:当48小时的安全浓度大于3ppm时,为低毒类;0.6-3ppm时,为中毒类;小于0.6ppm时,为高毒类。
