我矿用电是由偃师具陶花店35千伏变电站输送出10千伏农用线路供电,经矿区地面变电所降为400伏供井下使用。随着巷道的延深,采区范围逐渐扩大以及动力设备的增加,400伏电压下井远不能满足要求.为此拟定两种方案(1)将400伏升压为6000伏入井,然后再降为400伏使用;(2)采用10千伏电压直接入井。我们开始了第二种方案的试验。为适应10千伏电压直接入井,我们对600伏PB_1型高压防爆开关及180千伏安普通型变压器.均进行了改制。提高绝缘强度.并作了耐压试验。(表1)(表2)所列.线路采用ZLQ_2——10电力电缆。接头采用环氧树脂其耐压见表(3)所示。经过一年多来的实践,证明设备、线路运行均较正常,试验是成功的。

In order to adapt to 10 kV voltage directly into the well, we have 600 V PB_1 high voltage explosion-proof switch and 180 KVA ordinary transformer. Improve the dielectric strength. And made pressure test. (Table 1) (Table 2). The line uses ZLQ_2--10 power cables. The epoxy pressure-sensitive connectors are shown in Table (3). After more than a year of practice, that equipment, circuit operation are more than normal, the test is successful.
