根据钢管斜轧过程的变形特点,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元分析,建立了二辊斜轧钢管有限元模型及其摩擦、传热和接触等重要边界条件。通过仿真计算,获得了二辊斜轧过程中的应力场、应变场、温度场参数的变化特点,并阐述了二辊斜轧过程中出现的多边形效应、前卡现象和扭钢现象以及产生的原因。
According to the deformation characteristics of the pipe during the process of pipe rolling, three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled elasto-plastic finite element analysis is carried out by ANSYS / LS-DYNA software. The finite element model of the two-roll slab steel pipe and the important boundary conditions such as friction, heat transfer and contact are established. Through the simulation calculation, the changing characteristics of the stress field, strain field and temperature field in the process of two-roll oblique rolling were obtained. The polygon effect, the phenomenon of the front card and the torsion steel appeared in the process of two- the reason.
