我们知道现在是一个多边贸易的时代,但我们并未意识到现在同样是一个专利权至上的经济时代,由于无知,我们每年要交数亿美元的学费,我们的科研工作要仰人鼻息,更有甚者,我们还要为我们自己的劳动成果付使用费。
We know that it is an era of multilateral trade. However, we did not realize that it is also an era of economic supremacy of patent right. Because of ignorance, we have to pay hundreds of millions of dollars a year for tuition fees. Our scientific research should pay more attention to human resources. We also pay royalties for our own work.
