采用甲基膦酸二仲辛酯(P350)在低硝酸浓度,高稀土浓度下萃取分离镧,是具有我国特色的制取高纯镧的工艺。我们研究室以往的工作结果表明,异丙基膦酸二异辛酯(P277)对铀钍的分离性能大于P350。近年来,我们通过萃取剂化学结构与萃取稀土性能关系的研究,进一步发现P277在水相为1N和3NHNO_3浓度时,具有比P350更高的镨镧分离因数。为了进一步提高制取高纯镧萃取工艺的生产效率,我们研究了P277在硝酸体系
The method of extracting lanthanum with low-nitric acid concentration and high-rare-earth concentration by using methyl-phosphonic acid di-secoctyl ester (P350) is a process with high-purity lanthanum with Chinese characteristics. The results of previous work in our laboratory show that the separation performance of uranium-thorium from P2iso-propyl iso-propyl phosphonate (P277) is greater than P350. In recent years, through the study of the relationship between the chemical structure of extractant and the properties of rare earths extracted, we further found that P277 has a higher praseodymium-lanthanide separation factor than P350 when the water phase is 1N and 3NHNO3. In order to further improve the production of high purity lanthanum extraction process, we studied the P277 in nitric acid system
