本文是在试制低合金半镇静小型(~10in)钢锭的基础上提出的。通过对20MnNb(b)及25MnNb(b)钢锭的解剖及相应的热力学计算,重点讨论了下述几个方面; 1.枝晶凝固过程(考虑了包晶反应)中元素对半镇静钢钢锭结构的影响。由此选择冶炼控制成份。 2.低合金半镇静钢皮下气泡生成条件的考察。 3.“氢”半镇静钢钢锭结构的特点。
This article is based on the trial production of low alloy semi-sedation small (~ 10in) ingot on the basis of. Through the anatomy and corresponding thermodynamic calculation of 20MnNb (b) and 25MnNb (b) steel ingots, the following aspects are mainly discussed: 1.
