传统的切纸机控制部分故障率高,常发生机器误切,且操作很不方便。我们选用了8031单片机对切纸机的的控制部分进行改造,改造后的机器无论在功能上和可靠性上都得到了极大改善,并有自动、半自动、手动三种工作方式。只要把有关切纸的参数预先输入,机器便按选择的工作方式投入运行。此外,机器还具有推纸器前后限位、误差自动修正、自动返回零点、重复切纸、公英制选择、纸不够报警等功能。一、系统结构及工作原理系统由8031单片机、2764EPROM、6116RAM、8279键盘显示接口、3×8键盘及16位LED组成,如图1所示。系统复位后,便处于等待键盘输入状态,数据输入完毕,按下运行键,机器便按所选择的方式投入运行。步进电机的脉冲分配在P_(1.0)~P_(1.2)上输出,
The traditional cutter control part of the high failure rate, machine error often occur, and the operation is very inconvenient. We chose the 8031 SCM to rebuild the control part of the paper cutter. The modified machine has been greatly improved both in function and in reliability, and has three working modes, automatic, semi-automatic and manual.
