如何培养学生树立良好的学风、班风,形成良好的品质,从而逐步培养学生自我教育、自我管理的能力历来深受教育界的重视。宁波万里国际学校高中班级自强自律的班风,与该校的特色“小班课”有着密不可分的关系。实习小组就“小班课”对班集体建设的有效性展开调查,并提出促进“小班课”对班集体建设影响的对策性建议。
