根据陈木法的经济最优化的随机模型理论,选取普雷斯科特范式分析了江苏与其交通的一般随机动态关系,从中得到了相机配置资源支持江苏与其交通协同发展的随机控制模型,基于模型用江苏省统计资料算出的数值可较好地分析江苏与其交通的发展状况,模型对江苏相机配置其全社会投资具有实际的意义;最后提出了一些有利于改善江苏交通发展的政策建议。
