1985～1993年我们用电动加压液氮冷疗器及自行设计制作的紫铜双管循环式冷冻头,在间接喉镜观察下,治疗会厌囊肿近200例。现将其中随访资料比较完整的142例报告如下。 1 临床资料 142例会厌囊肿患者,男104例,女38例;年龄11～78岁,以30～60岁居多(100例,占70.42％)。囊肿大小为0.5cm×0.5cm～3.5cm×4.0cm。发病部位为:会厌舌面72例,会厌谷51例,二处兼有19例。全部采用接触冷冻法治疗。
From 1985 to 1993, we treated nearly 200 cases of epiglottis cysts under the indirect laryngoscope with electric pressurization liquid nitrogen cold therapy device and self-designed copper double-tube circulating cryogenic head. Now follow-up information which is more complete 142 cases reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 142 cases of epigastric cyst patients, 104 males and 38 females; aged 11 to 78 years old, 30 to 60 years old (100 cases, accounting for 70.42%). Cyst size 0.5cm × 0.5cm ~ 3.5cm × 4.0cm. The incidence of sites: epiglottis 72 cases of tongue, epiglottic Valley in 51 cases, two in both 19 cases. All contact freezing treatment.
