皮肤接触化学物后,对人体可产生三种危害,即接触性皮炎、化学灼伤和经皮吸收引起中毒。在化工生产中,因延误清洗时间或清洗不彻底、不得法而造成严重化学灼伤或中毒事故屡见不鲜。目前基层医务工作者和生产工人对清洗皮肤污染的重要性已有较深认识,但清洗方法并没有普遍掌握。为达到比较满意的清洗效果,现将皮肤污染的清洗原则和注意事项作简要介绍。
Skin contact with chemicals, the human body can produce three kinds of hazards, namely contact dermatitis, chemical burns and percutaneous absorption caused by poisoning. In chemical production, due to delays in cleaning or cleaning is not complete, not legal and cause serious chemical burns or poisoning accidents are common. At present, grass-roots medical workers and production workers have a deeper understanding of the importance of cleaning the skin, but cleaning methods are not universally available. In order to achieve a more satisfactory cleaning effect, the principle and precautions for cleaning the skin are briefly introduced.
