目的:通过对我院住院患者镇静催眠药的使用情况进行调查,以了解本院镇静催眠药物的使用频率、使用剂量和疗程等信息,并对其合理性进行评价。方法:以2015年3月15日为时点调查日,对当日住院的555例精神病人苯二氮类药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果:我院住院患者的苯二氮类药物(BZD)使用率为34.6%,用药的主要目的是为了改善睡眠、控制兴奋躁动以及抗焦虑,患者的平均使用剂量都在正常范围内,52%的患者使用BZD超过1个月,有15.7%的患者使用2种及以上BZD;其中使用药物以阿普唑仑和劳拉西泮占大多数。结论:我院住院精神病患者BDZ药物使用情况总体上比较合理.但也有小部分存在药物滥用的情况。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the use of sedatives and hypnotics in hospitalized patients in our hospital in order to understand the frequency, dosage and course of sedative and hypnotic drugs in our hospital and to evaluate their rationality. Methods: With March 15, 2015 as the point of investigation, the use of benzodiazepines in 555 psychiatric patients hospitalized on the same day was statistically analyzed. Results: The rate of using benzodiazepines (BZD) in inpatients in our hospital was 34.6%. The main purpose of medication was to improve sleep, control restlessness and anxiety, and the average dosage of patients was within the normal range. % Of patients used BZD for more than 1 month, 15.7% of patients used 2 or more BZDs, and most of the drugs used were alprazolam and lorazepam. Conclusion: The BDZ drug use in inpatients with psychosis in our hospital is generally reasonable, but there is also a small part of abuse of drugs.
