报道甲地孕酮酶标免疫测定和兔血药浓度测定。抗血清特异性:除与甲孕酮、雌三醇交叉反应分别为29.6%和1.9%外,其余5种甾体均小于0.1%。灵敏度为0.1ng;回收率:0.5、1和2ng分别为99.5、80和86.8%;批内CV<10%,批间CV<20%。静脉注射和口服后兔血浆浓度分别是160和62ng/mL。静脉注射和口服后T1/2分别为15±3h和14±4h。生物利用度为64%。虽然酶标免疫测定(Enzyme Immunoassay),EIA)的灵敏度不及放射免疫测定(RIA),但本法无同位素污染,不需特殊设备和专门实验室,适合于基层医疗单位使用。
Reported megestrol enzyme immunoassay and rabbit plasma concentration determination.
