针对目前各高校深水教学场地的现状,本文综合运用游泳教学理论和教学原则,在多年游泳教学实践的基础上对蛙泳深水教学进行了研究,并提出了较实用的蛙泳深水教学的安全措施和教法,为提高蛙泳深水教学质量提供参考。
