B2B电子商务系统是指商业机构(或企业、公司)使用Internet或各种商务网络向供应商(企业或公司)订货和付款的电子商务运营模式。这种结构的电子商务发展较快,已经有了多年的历史,特别是通过增值网络(Value Added Network,VAN)上运行的电子数据交换(EDI),使B2B的电子商务得到了迅速扩大和推广。公司之间可以使用网络进行订货和接受订货,签订合同等单证和进行付款。
B2B e-commerce system refers to the commercial organization (or business, company) using the Internet or a variety of business networks to suppliers (companies or companies) ordering and payment e-commerce business model. This structure of e-commerce has developed rapidly and has been around for many years.
