2005年底,我国广告业将履行向世贸组织的第二步承诺,全面开放广告市场,外资可以在中 国开办独资广告公司。这一政策的实施,标志着为期20多年,对于中国本土广告业“保护期”的 结束,也必然加速境外资本进入中国广告业的速度,使广告市场竞争更加激烈,并引发一些新的值 得重视和思考的现象与问题。
