日前,记者从江苏扬州玩具检验所得知,今年以来,出口玩具质量不合格主要源于玩具生产的细节上,如一些企业设计人员为了防止产品重样,在玩具上增加了一些新材料的点缀物(如天然鸡毛、涤纶丝球等),而忽视了这些点缀物的安全易燃性。还有一些拉链小包所采用的拉链均为带功能性锁内的小拉链,却没想到这些日用小拉链的锁齿端头根本不符合玩具安全标准的要求。因此,检验人员提醒企业一定要重视玩具生产上的这些小细节,安全隐患往往就是由这些拉链、彩绳、小铃铛、小配件引发。
