在大文化观视野下,文化与自然相对称,生成于实践。实践的双重尺度规定了文化的两重尺度:程序与取向,文化本质上是人为的程序与为人的取向的统一。邓小平的文化观,不仅明确了我国社会主义建设的方向和任务,还揭示了完成任务的现实性操作途径,创建了实现任务的相关程序。本文从文化哲学的视角,集中探邓小平文化观的程序设计及其特征:层次性和结构性的统一、继承性和创造性的统一,过程性与既定性的统一。
Under the view of big culture, culture and nature are relatively symmetrical and are generated in practice. The double standard of practice lays down the double scale of culture: procedure and orientation. Culture is essentially the unity of human procedure and orientation. Deng Xiaoping’s concept of culture not only clarified the direction and tasks of China’s socialist construction, but also revealed the practical ways of accomplishing the tasks and created the relevant procedures for the realization of the tasks. From the perspective of cultural philosophy, this essay concentrates on the program design and its characteristics of Deng Xiaoping’s view on culture: the unification of hierarchy and structure, the unification of inheritance and creativity, the unification of processality and establishedness.
