目的:观察中药熏蒸联合超短波治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将150例患者随机分为2组,治疗组87例采用中药熏蒸联合超短波治疗;对照组63例采用注射用克林霉素磷酸酯和氨曲南静脉滴注,再加口服妇炎康复胶囊治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.40%,对照组为73.02%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗前后病情积分比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后病情积分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合超短波治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 150 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 87 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with ultrashort wave treatment; control group of 63 patients with injection of clindamycin phosphate and aztreonam intravenous infusion, coupled with oral Fu Yan rehabilitation Capsule treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 95.40% in the treatment group and 73.02% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine fumigation combined with ultrashort wave treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease significant effect.
