1975年2月江苏省针麻座谈会以后,无锡市和苏州地区为共同落实腹股沟疝修补的针麻研究任务,从3月份开始,组织15间医院进行协作。由于近几年来农村医疗条件不断改善,技术力量相应充实,疝修补手术已能在公社卫生院解决。为摸索经验,提高针麻效果,部分医院组织了小分队,到农村去开展手术,既方便病人,又使针麻和手术人员相对稳定,做到在麻醉方法、手术操作和评级标准的掌握上比较统一。现将半年来有统一表格记录的病例作简要分析。
After the seminar of Acupuncture Anesthesiology in Jiangsu Province in February 1975, Wuxi and Suzhou districts collaborated on the research of acupuncture anesthesia for the repair of inguinal hernia. From March, 15 hospitals were organized to cooperate. As the rural medical conditions in recent years continue to improve, the corresponding substantial enrichment of technology, hernia repair surgery has been resolved in the commune hospitals. To explore the experience and improve the effect of acupuncture anesthesia, some hospitals organized teams to carry out surgery in the rural areas, which not only facilitated patients but also kept anesthesia and operatives relatively stable. They were able to master anesthesia methods, surgical procedures and grading standards More uniform. Now six months have a unified record of cases for a brief analysis.
