Ru486是一种作用于受体水平具有孕酮和糖皮质激素拮抗活性的合成甾体。该化合物有可能用于临床作为一种抗孕酮的月经诱导剂。在使用 Ru486于临床之前,需弄清给非人灵长类注射 Ru486诱导月经究竟是通过对内膜的直接作用或系因抑制黄体机能使孕酮缺乏所致。本文旨在评价(1)在长期阉割并接受外源性17β-雌二醇和孕酮的猴,Ru486诱导月经的效力;(2)Ru486效力的剂量反应关系;(3)给予 Ru486期间血清促性腺激素与皮质醇的水平。
Ru486 is a synthetic steroid that acts on receptor levels with progesterone and glucocorticoid antagonistic activity. The compound is potentially useful as a menstrual inducer against progesterone in the clinic. Before using Ru486 in clinic, it is necessary to find out whether inoculation of Ru486 to non-human primate can induce menstrual cycle through the direct effect on the intima or the lack of progesterone due to the inhibition of corpora luteum function. This article aims to evaluate (1) the efficacy of menstruation induced by Ru486 in long-term castration and administration of exogenous 17β-estradiol and progesterone; (2) the dose-response relationship of the efficacy of Ru486; (3) Hormone and cortisol levels.
