娜拉·体斯女士简介:娜拉·休斯博士(美国),十五年来一直致力于组织发展领域的研究工作。多年的咨询经历,使她对俄罗斯和东欧等国家的经济转型项目非常感兴趣。2000年,任英特尔公司装配测试部高级组织发展顾问。后来到马来西亚成立组织发展团队的同时,她开始研究如何提高菲律宾和中国的组织发展能力问题。同时,她还参与了几项领导力开发项目。在中国期间,娜拉与英特尔(中国)的最高级领导团队——英特尔(中国)指导委员会一起工作。这使她对英特尔(中国)的领导培养问题,有了更深刻的认识。而在成都市的生活,则锻炼了她在各种领域工作的能力。
Ms. Nora Tatus Description: Dr. Nora Hughes (United States), has been committed to organizing research in development for 15 years. Years of consulting experience have given her great interest in economic transformation projects in countries such as Russia and Eastern Europe. In 2000, he was Senior Consultant for Development and Planning of the Assembly and Testing Division of Intel Corporation. Later, while setting up an organizational development team in Malaysia, she began to study how to improve the organizational development capability in the Philippines and China. She is also involved in several leadership development projects. While in China, Nora worked with the Intel (China) Steering Committee, Intel’s (China) top leadership team. This led her to Intel (China) leadership training problems, have a more profound understanding. While living in Chengdu, she exercises her ability to work in a variety of fields.
