将单元上的线性插值函数推广到二次插值函数,用有限元方法求解了部分填充各向异性介质波导的本征值问题,并编制了相应的有限元程序。本文计算了矩形各向异性介质杆加载的色散特性,并与用其它方法所得结果作了比较,还用两种插值函数对场结构作了计算和分析。此外,提出了有关近似公式,并对其有限元方法的结果作了分析和讨论。
The linear interpolation function on the element is generalized to the quadratic interpolation function. The eigenvalue problem of partially filled anisotropic dielectric waveguides is solved by finite element method, and the corresponding finite element program is compiled. In this paper, the dispersion characteristics of rectangular anisotropic media loaded bar are calculated and compared with those obtained by other methods. The field structure is also calculated and analyzed by two kinds of interpolation functions. In addition, the approximate formula is proposed and the results of its finite element method are analyzed and discussed.
