Primary ureter transitional cell carcinoma rare. This article reports 3 cases as follows.1 Clinical data: 3 cases, 2 males and 1 female. Aged 68 to 72 years, 2 cases on the right and 1 case on the left.The tumor was located in the upper ureteral segment in 1 case and in the lower segment in 2 cases.All patients had intermittent painless hematuria and intravenous ureteropelvic
