自1990年4月一1995年4月,应用BD8828’型超声定位水囊式体外震波碎石机治疗泌尿系结石350例,取得满意疗效,报告如临床资料男286例,女64例;年龄9~76岁,平均37岁。肾结石308例,输尿管结石35例,膀胱结石7例。大多数病人经KUB+IVU证实,少数仅作KUB平片。碎石前肌注止痛剂,肾结石采用仰卧体位,输尿管结石全部采用原位碎石法,取患侧倾斜卧位,膀胱结石采用俯卧位,膀胱半充盈状态下碎石。工作电压13一16KV,冲击次数2000~4000次。
From April 1990 to April 1995, BD8828 ’ultrasonic positioning hydrogel external shock wave lithotripsy was used to treat 350 cases of urinary calculi, and satisfactory results were obtained. For example, there were 286 males and 64 females with clinical data of age 9 ~ 76 years old, average 37 years old. 308 cases of kidney stones, 35 cases of ureteral stones, 7 cases of bladder stones. Most patients confirmed by KUB + IVU, a few only for KUB plain film. Before gravel injection of painkillers, kidney stones with supine position, ureteral calculi all using in situ gravel method, take suffering from tilt-lying position, bladder stones with prone position, bladder semi-filled state gravel. Working voltage 13 a 16KV, the impact of the number of 2000 to 4000 times.
