尿道综合征是由多种原因引起的一组症状,多见于已婚中年女性.该文报告68例,年龄24～58岁,发病诱因与性生活有关46例,劳累8例,产褥期3例,穿尼龙内裤、瘦腿裤3例,无明确诱因8例.均有尿频、尿急、尿痛、排尿困难及尿道烧灼感,检查发现尿道口后唇增生肥厚33例,尿道口与处女膜融合18例,尿道外口环状结缔组织增生并狭窄11例,尿道口距阴道口过近6例,探测尿道44例有明显外口紧缩感.手术方法是游离远端尿道2～2.5cm,切除
