液体菌种与固体菌种相比,具有生长周期短、菌龄一致、接种后发菌快、出菇早、适合机械化生产等优点,但常规法制作液体菌种需要摇床,投资大,无菌操作要求高,因客观条件限制使液体菌种难于推广.我们设计了一种投资少适合家庭生产液体菌种的方法,现介绍如下:(一)培养基的配制用加富去琼脂PDA培养基.取削皮土豆1000克,切成小块后加水5000毫升煮沸,在土豆已熟未烂时用2层纱布过滤,在滤汁中加入白糖100克、KH_2PO_415克、MgSO_47.5克、蛋白胨15克、VB_15克,搅匀溶解后装入3000毫升三角瓶或细口瓶
