受海水入侵影响严重的沿海地区,其饮用水源中常含有较高浓度的碘离子。研究表明,当原水中含有碘离子时,经氯、臭氧、氯胺或二氧化氯消毒后均会产生碘代消毒副产物,其副产物具有更高的细胞毒性和遗传毒性。因此,对碘代副产物的研究更具实际意义,而目前国内对于消毒形成的碘代副产物的研究还未见报道,本文针对碘代副产物的健康风险,从其产生的原因、机制、影响因素及细胞毒性和遗传毒性等方面对国外学者的相关研究成果进行了综述。
Coastal areas severely affected by seawater intrusion often contain a high concentration of iodide in drinking water sources. Studies have shown that iodine disinfection by-products are produced by disinfection with chlorine, ozone, chloramine or chlorine dioxide when the raw water contains iodide ions, and by-products have higher cytotoxicity and genotoxicity. Therefore, the study of iodine by-product is more practical significance, but at present the research on iodine by-product formed by disinfection has not been reported in our country. In view of the health risks of iodine by-products, Affecting factors and cytotoxicity and genotoxicity and other aspects of foreign scholars related research results are reviewed.
