检测了72例高危新生儿和20例健康新生儿血浆纤维连接蛋白（Fi－bronectin简称Fn），结果表明高危新生儿血浆Fn与健康新生儿比较显著降低。对11例高危新生儿Fn作了动态观察，提示疾病好转时Fn升高。
A total of 72 high-risk neonates and 20 healthy newborns were examined for Fn. The results showed that plasma Fn in high-risk neonates was significantly lower than healthy neonates. Eleven cases of high-risk neonatal Fn made a dynamic observation, suggesting that when the disease improves Fn increased.
