应用差热分析(DTA)及X射线衍射分析了硅酸铝纤维及其预制件的相结构转变特性。研究结果表明,硅酸铝纤维及其预制件的DTA曲线上各有一放热峰,温度区间分别为985~1043℃和982~1043℃;X射线衍射显示:在985℃以下,硅酸铝纤维呈非晶结构,高于985℃时,析出莫来石和方石英,并定量计算出不同温度下硅酸铝纤维晶化的百分率。在硅酸铝预制件中,纤维与粘结剂H3PO4的反应生成物为Al(PO3)3;预制件由于H3PO4的加入,在高温时(T>900℃)方石英的析出量高于单一硅酸铝纤维中方石英的析出量。
Differential thermal analysis (DTA) and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the phase transition behavior of the aluminum silicate fibers and their preforms. The results show that there is an exothermic peak on the DTA curve of aluminum silicate fiber and its preform respectively, with the temperature range of 985 ~ 1043 ℃ and 982 ~ 1043 ℃, respectively. The precipitated amount of cristobalite at the high temperature (T> 900 ° C.) is higher than that of the single silicon Chinese acid aluminum fiber precipitation of Chinese quartz.
