目前,全国各地、各部门、各单位都在编写各种史、志、年鉴.从史、志、年鉴情况看,数字使用很不规范统一,比较混乱,读写也不方便,影响了史、志、年鉴的编写质量和使用效率.例如有的是阿拉伯数码与汉文数字混合使用,有的是两者颠倒使用,有的前后写法不一致等等.因此,笔者根据史、志和年鉴中数字使用的常规,结合编写中存在的数字使用问题,谈谈数字的正确使用,望能引起注意.
