本文介绍了Fe_5CO_(70)Si_(15)B_(10)非晶合金连续磁场热处理试验工作。采用低温慢速(200℃、400Oe、1.88厘米/分、Ar气保护)或高温快速(450℃、400Oe、180厘米/分、Ar气保护)工艺,非晶合金的直流磁性能得到明显的改善,交流磁性能——剩余磁感应强度和矩形比亦有明显的改善,但交流导磁率和矫顽力差于淬火态。在300℃热处理温度、3.75厘米/分的带速下,研究了不同外加磁场对磁性的影响。
This paper introduces the continuous magnetic field heat treatment experiment of Fe_5CO_ (70) Si_ (15) B_ (10) amorphous alloy. The DC magnetic properties of amorphous alloys have been significantly improved by low temperature and slow speed (200 ℃, 400Oe, 1.88cm / min, Ar gas protection) or high temperature rapid (450 ℃, 400Oe, 180cm / min, Ar gas protection) , AC magnetic properties - the residual magnetic flux density and the square ratio also significantly improved, but AC permeability and coercive force worse than the quenched state.
