一、自动控制系统的发展世界水泥工业自动控制系统的发展历程,大致可分为如下五个阶段: 1.机旁控制; 2.局部集中控制; 3.计算机集中控制(SPC); 4.数字直接控制(DDC); 5.分布式计算机控制。我国解放前的水泥厂,大多数是机旁控制。五十年代,从东欧引进一大批水泥生产成套设备,各车间设有带模拟流程图的仪表屏,电动机控制则采用有触点继电器和操作开关。为了协调和指挥各车间的生产,还设置中央调度室,调度员只能依据调度信号屏上为数不多的信息和调度电话的联系来进行调度。这种局
