在石油化工自动控制系统中含有明显的滞后。大纯滞后给过程带来的影响,主要是使系统不稳定和响应迟缓。Smith 线性预估法就是用来克服大纯滞后的较为有效的控制方法。这种方法试图引入一个负反馈回路来补偿纯滞后。这个负反馈回路能估计过程的动态特性,如果这些估计很准确,则可使调节质量比常规调节有较为可观的改善和提高。如图1、2,把纯滞后环节从反馈回路中移
In the petrochemical automatic control system contains significant lag. Large net lag to the impact of the process, mainly to make the system unstable and slow response. Smith linear prediction method is used to overcome the large net lag of a more effective control method. This method seeks to introduce a negative feedback loop to compensate for the dead-time.
