今年二月上海丝绸股份集团有限公司正式挂牌运营,这是上海丝绸集团产权改革的又一次突破。1949年成立的上海丝绸进出口公司从国有独资,到多元投资贸工结合的丝绸集团有限公司,到经营者群体投资持股的丝绸集团股份公司,实现了产权改革的二次突破。丝绸公司产权结构变化的过程,是外贸企业逐步深化改革的过程,是外贸企业真正走向市场化的过程。
In February this year, Shanghai Silk Stock Group Co., Ltd. was officially listed and operated. This was another breakthrough in the property rights reform of Shanghai Silk Group. The Shanghai Silk Import and Export Company established in 1949 changed from a state-owned sole proprietorship to a multi-source investment and trade union, Silk Group Co., Ltd., to a Silk Group Co., Ltd., in which the operator group invests in shares, and achieved a second breakthrough in property rights reform. The process of changes in the property rights structure of silk companies is a process in which foreign trade companies gradually deepen reforms, and is a process in which foreign trade companies are truly moving toward marketization.
