本文报道三例罕见的具有男性化作用的卵巢睾丸母细胞瘤,三例年龄分别为27、36、18岁。均因下腹痛或下腹部包块而入院,两例有明显男性体征,一例自幼月经稀发。经剖腹探查,二例瘤体来自右侧卵巢,一例来自左侧卵巢。病理检查:巨检,均为囊性肿瘤,部分呈实性,有多数小囊,肿瘤为灰白色及暗红色。镜检:瘤细胞弥漫分布,大部分为梭形,排列细索状,少数呈腺管样,未见明显瓜子仁形细胞,可见少数不典型的间质细胞,肿瘤明
This article reports three rare cases of masculine ovarian testicular blastoma, three cases were 27,36,18 years of age. All patients were admitted to the hospital due to lower abdominal pain or lower abdominal mass. Two patients had obvious signs of males, one case of oligomenorrhea. After laparotomy, two cases of tumor from the right ovary, one case from the left ovary. Pathological examination: giant examination, are cystic tumors, some were solid, the majority of small sacs, the tumor was gray and dark red. Microscopic examination: diffuse distribution of tumor cells, mostly fusiform, arranged in fine cable-like, a few were duct-like, no obvious melon-like cells, showing a small number of atypical stromal cells, tumor
