随着科学技术的发展,建立电子计算机化的业务管理系统已经成为我国图书馆现代化发展的必然趋势。然而怎样搞才能少走弯路,快见成效?我们的做法下述,供参考。一、确定引用系统为了建立一个适应我馆情况的自动化系统,我们主要从四个方面着手开展了广泛的调研活动。 1.调研业务环境。指我馆的各项业务工作情况,包括藏书组织、采购编目、流通服务、参考咨询、连续出版物工作等。通过调研活动,我们加深了对馆情的认识,明确了系统将要达到的目标、规模等特性。
